It wasn’t a Movie Premier on Wednesday 6th of August as Leading Actors
gather to advocate for a new Lagos.

Alex Okoroji and Femi Branch led top Nollywood actors, producers,
scriptwriters, musical artiste to the unveil of the 4NL movement (For New
Lagos) dedicated to campaign and lobby support for aspiring Lagos
governorship aspirant, Jimi Agbaje.
Present at the red carpet launch which took place at the Protea hotel
include John Njamah, Femi Branch, Femi Brainard, Alex Okoroji, Yemi Blaq, Ego
Ogbaro, Wale Adebayo, Kalu Ikeagwu, Ruggedman, Grace Amah, Segun Obe, Bayray
Mcnwizu, Mayowa Adewale, Ronke Odusanya, Tokunbo Coker amongst others.
After the Documentary that was showcase, social ills like the
Girl-Child, Area Boys Menace, Traffic, Epileptic Power Supply and Slums were
identified and a clarion call for change in the New Lagos.
According to Alex Okoroji, the coordinator of the movement,, the
4NL campaign team is a non governmental organization which stands simply for a
new Lagos with the sole objective to agitate, re-orientate and motive all
progressive Lagosians, young or old, not only to dream or see the possibility
of a new Lagos but to actually be challenged to the point of taking effective
action.
Speaking on the reason for supporting Agbaje’s ambition, the General
Secretary of the movement, Ego Ogbaro said, “The 4NL team chose to be a part
of the campaign simply because we believe in the vision of Jimi Agbaje as
the next Lagos governor and as such as entertainers we can also join the
force in bringing the dream to fore.”
“We are all doing well in our various professions; impressions that we
are doing it for the money involved should be erased. We believe in the new
Lagos and that’s why we are,” Femi Branch noted.

The Church Boy, Segun Obe also attested to God's Infinite Power that his
submission to the campaign would be an happy ending story for Jimi Agbaje.
ABOUT JIMI AGBAJE
Mr. Joseph Olujimi Kolawole Agbaje was born in Lagos on 2nd March 1957
to late Chief Joseph Kosebinu (banker) and Mrs. Margaret Olabisi (teacher)
Agbaje. He is the second born and the first male child of five children (two
female and two male siblings).
A passionate pharmacist, he has delivered many papers over the years at
different fora. A few of them included “The Counterfeit Problem and its impact
on Public Health; a Nigerian Perspective “delivered at the F.I.P (Federation
Internationale de Pharmacie ) at the Hague , Netherlands.
