The Federal Government has repeatedly denied signing any PR contract to repair its deservingly battered image especially in International circles. The government had taken every wrong step imaginable in the wake of the Chibok Girls abduction prompting the New York Times to refer the President, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan as “callous and incompetent” amongst other acerbic condemnations across the global media and even by respected political figures such as Senator John McCain.
