www.c5wk6.blogspot.com can authoritatively reveal to you that the Independent National Electoral Commission has released the official notice of Election for the April 2011 polls.
When c5wk6.blogspot.com visited the INEC office in Adamawa state to check out the notice which reads ̋ Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 46 of the Electoral Act 2010 (as amended) as follows...signed by the commission’s secretary , Abdullahi kaugama.
• National Assembly Elections will hold on the 2nd day of April 2011, Accreditation starts from 8:00am – 12 noon.
• Voting starts from 12:30pm and ends when the last accredited voter on the queue casts his/her vote.
• Presidential Election will hold on the 9th day of April, 2011.
• Voting starts from 12:30pm and ends when the last accredited voter on the queue casts his/her vote.
• Governorship (Adamawa state will not hold Governorship Elections) and state assembly elections will hold on the 16th day of April, 2011. Accreditation will be from 8am-12 noon.
• Voting starts from 12:30pm and ends when the last accredited voter on the queue casts his/her vote.
The statement reads that only legally registered voters would be allowed to vote saying “Persons eligible to vote at the elections shall be those legally registered during the 2011 registration of voters exercise.
“Voting shall take place in the centres where voters registered during the 2011 registration of voters exercise”
