Goodluck Ebele Jonathan's Youth Rep: Uche Chuta

Uche Chuta is the coordinator of Youth for Transformation. He has a BSc in Computer Science from McGill University, Canada. He has gathered experience working as a Software Architect and ICT Consultant in Africa, Europe and North America working for companies such as Nortel Networks, Beezid both in Montreal; Oddcast, New York; Zero9, Milan and Lasera Consulting, Lagos.

At Lasera Consulting,he functioned amongst others, as a key consultant for the computerization of Abia State University which was awarded the ICT Education Trust Fund project for year 2003
Uche founded one of the first and (still existing) Nigerian Online Social Networks, NaijaRyders.com which in turn gave birth to leaders and websites across the Nigerian Internet community.
He is presently the CEO of VaultNoir. VaultNoir was invited and participated in the Harvard Business School Africa Business Conference as a panelist in Innovative Mobile Technologies. VaultNoir was also invited to the Entrepreneurship workshop at Annual African Economic Forum organized by Columbia University in New York to speak on launching a successful business in Africa.

He has brought his wealth of experience in ensuring that the Goodluck Sambo Campaign Organization harnesses ICT. He has thus spearheaded initiatives such as the customized Social Network fans4goodluck.org and the mobile campaign application which was the first of its kind in Africa that can be found on gln2011.com. He is committed to spreading the message to youth that it is imperative to vote and be voted for to effect the change they want to see.
